Viking Cruises

LUTION is supporting Viking Cruises at implementing IT Service Management since 2015. Beginning of 2018 we started to migrate their existing ITSM solution to ServiceNow. Within the first year CMDB with Discovery, Service Portal, Request Fulfllment und Incident Management including a bi-directional Integration to 3rd party providers was rolled out. After the successful second implementation phase where Problem & Change Management has been rolled-out the customer took over the maintenance & configuration of the platform using the meanwhile trained internal resources.
